Causes of cracked feet
- Walk without shoes outside the house especially if the land is dry and solid.
- Weight gain more than normal which is a burden on the feet.
- Stand for a long time without moving the legs, resulting in stiffness in the blood vessels that nourish the skin of the feet with blood.
- Wear shoes smaller than a man’s size which leaves parts of the man hanging outside the shoe.
- Low humidity ie drought in summer, extreme coldness in winter.
- Lack of full, varied food, causing vitamin deficiencies and some minerals in the body like zinc metal.
- Hypothyroidism.
- Diabetes.
Treat the cracking of the feet
- Go to a dermatologist who can diagnose the condition, identify the causes, describe the appropriate ointment for the skin, as well as recommend dietary supplements that remove the causes.
- Use a laxative ointment twice a day; once in the morning before going to work, and again in the evening.
- Use a cooler to thicken the skin in the heel.
- Drink plenty of fluids especially water, they provide the flexibility of the skin.
- Do not wear tight shoes.

- Using rice water, sprinkle with two cups of rice in four cups of water, get the rice starch, then drain it into a clean container, add a teaspoon of baking soda, and soak our feet with this solution for a quarter of an hour every day for about a week. The solution reduces cracking.
- Use parsley powder for one week once a day at night. Parsley contains vitamin C and vitamin K. These vitamins help heal and sterilize the wounds and produce a substance that gives the skin softness and softness.
