Foot cracks
Foot cracks are very troublesome and painful problems. The problem is more common among footballers and people with diabetes, as well as older people. They are clearly visible especially in the winter. The feet need constant care because their skin is free of sebaceous glands. Care to moisturize them on a daily basis to prevent them from being dehydrated and cracked, and we will mention some appropriate solutions that contribute to the treatment of feet cracks.
Cure foot cracks
- Eat more foods containing vitamin E, such as broccoli, parsley, turnips, apricots, and almonds.
- Wear the feet with sesame oil and walk well and leave it throughout the night. This treatment is effective in treating foot cracks.
- Wash your feet well, and soak them in lukewarm water for 15 minutes. Add a little liquid of Vaseline with a little lemon juice, rub your feet with this mixture and continue with the massage so that the skin absorbs the ingredients well, leave until the next morning and then wash with water.
- Pour ripe and ripe bananas, apply it to the cracking site and leave for 15 minutes to 20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
- Moisten the skin of your feet using olive oil or almond oil and massage them well to get the best results and repeat this process on a daily basis.
- Bring in raw salt, rose water, a little glycerin and lemon juice, and mix well. Then put this mixture in a liter of warm water and latch your feet for at least a quarter of an hour, then apply a peeled skin to get rid of dead skin layers.
- Mix a small amount of rice flour with a little apple cider vinegar and a little honey to get a natural peel. After you have soaked your feet in lukewarm water for 20 minutes, put the mixture on your feet at night and leave until morning, then rinse with plain water.
- Add half a cup of natural honey to a pint of warm water, and soak your feet for 15 minutes, then peel off the skin of the feet using peeling creams or using a peeling stone. Honey contains antioxidants and natural moisturizers.
- Bring half a piece of avocado with half a grain of coconut, as well as a ripe banana, mix well until you get a smooth smooth consistency, then put the resulting mixture on the infected foot and you will notice the ability of the active ingredients in this mixture to treat cracking.
- Mix a small amount of olive oil with oatmeal to get a soft texture mixture, then rub your cracked foot for half an hour and then use water.
