- Ginger: It is useful in cases of sneezing and allergic rhinitis; it contains anti-viral properties and anti-inflammatory properties and germs, strengthens immunity and relieves the symptoms of rhinitis cough, runny nose, congestion and headache, put a tablespoon of grated ginger with a little cloves and cinnamon in a glass of water , And let it boil for a minimum of five minutes, then add lemon juice, honey, and drink the mixture three times a day throughout the season of allergies. Fresh ginger can also be cut into small pieces and squeezed daily. Or add it as it is to dishes while cooked.
- Turmeric: It reduces allergy, is anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, promotes immunity, and relieves allergic rhinitis. Mix three tablespoons of turmeric with honey, then keep it in a tightly sealed container. Warm milk can also be taken after adding a little turmeric to it.

Mix a tablespoon of coconut oil with the same sesame oil, use the mixture as a minimum of 15 minutes, then wash the mouth with warm water at last, and repeat the process every morning for several months.
