Massage is a form of massage that can be applied in different parts of the body to provide relaxation, comfort and pain relief, especially for those with back or leg problems as a result of illness, accidents or prolonged sitting. How to do a back massage
- Prepare the bed to be massage and put towels to absorb any excess of oils, and prepare the room so that it is warm.

- Put an appropriate amount of massage oil or baby oil between the hands and rub it a bit.
- Distribution of oil on the back as well as neck and shoulders.

- Start massage in the form of small circles, starting from the lower back, then the middle area, and then upper up to the limbs.
- Continue the massage on one side of the spine, and repeat the operation for two to three minutes, taking into account the pressure lightly on the bottom and the upper back two or three times.
- Make the hand shaped L Move it in the same direction as the thumb, and close the opening between the thumb and forefinger with light pressure.
- Massage using hand grip for about three minutes taking into account not to press the lower back or spine, gently rubbing near the back joints.

- Massage the sides of the spine using the thumb.
- Individual fingers slowly massage from the lower back, use the second hand to massage the shoulders, repeat the operation more than once to relieve pressure.
- Wipe the back, shoulders and neck with a cotton towel gently, allowing the person to rest.
Tips and instructions for back massage
- Avoid pressure on the lower back due to lack of sufficient ribs in that area.
- Use small amounts of oil to prevent friction.
- Avoid pressing the spine during massage.
- Consult your doctor before you work with a massage, especially for people who have a thrombosis in the veins or those with spinal injuries such as cartilage and bruising, or who suffer from osteoporosis, cancer or fever.
- Avoid massaging the injured areas, and wait until the wound is fully cured.
