Preparation for soaking the feet

  • English Salt: It is a type of salts used to treat muscle pain and is sold in various pharmacies and drug stores.
  • Foot Bathing: Foot baths (also known as pedicure bowls) or wash basins of an appropriate size that are easy to find in home appliances stores should be prepared.
  • Preparation or purchase of pumice stone: There are many types of pumice stones available in local pharmacies or stores, some of these stones are very similar to natural stones, others come on ropes, others come on sticks, all are good and effective but differ only in shape.

Wash the feet before starting

  • Wash the feet with soap and warm water: Before soaking the feet in the soaking bath, wash them thoroughly to get rid of any excess dirt.

  • Peel the feet by rubbing them with English salt: Add a small amount of hot water to a handful of English salt and mix them until a paste is formed, and then massage the feet with dough until the excess crust is removed.
  • Soak the feet again in salt water.

Peeling and moisturizing

  • Peeling the feet using the pumice stone: Remove the feet from the water of soaking and rubbing with stone, and the need to moisten the stone with water before starting.
  • Rinse the feet: get rid of dead skin residue and peel.
  • Dry the feet gently with a dry, clean towel.
  • Moisten the feet with moisturizing cream, and repeat them on a daily basis until soft, soft feet are obtained.
