- Avoid walking without shoes.

A weekly foot care routine
A routine foot care routine is very important, including routine, peeling, and deep moisturizing, by following these steps:
- Soak the feet in warm water containing salt, or in boiling chamomile after it becomes lukewarm, or in warm water containing full-fat milk for a third of an hour.
