- Ginger, because it contains a set of antibodies to many bacteria and microbes, including histamine, and thus rid of the symptoms of allergies such as headaches and runny nose in addition to cough, and includes the method of using ginger steps:
- Mix the amount of grated ginger with a small amount with cloves.
- Add the mixture to 1 cup of water and boil for 5 minutes.
- Add the mixture and add honey and lemon juice and drink it twice a day when you suffer from allergies.
- Ginger can be used for the same purpose by adding it to food or eating it fresh.
- Turmeric, contains anti-inflammatory and oxidative substances, and relieve the symptoms of allergy; cough and runny nose and headache, as well as the method of use includes the following:
- Mix six tablespoons of ground turmeric with honey.
- Put the mixture in a sealed container, and store it for only one tablespoon when you are allergic to it.
- Turmeric can also be added to the milk and eaten in the morning, or used as a seasoning in cooking.
