    • Add the mixture to 1 cup of water and boil for 5 minutes.
    • Add the mixture and add honey and lemon juice and drink it twice a day when you suffer from allergies.
    • Ginger can be used for the same purpose by adding it to food or eating it fresh.
  • Turmeric, contains anti-inflammatory and oxidative substances, and relieve the symptoms of allergy; cough and runny nose and headache, as well as the method of use includes the following:
    • Mix six tablespoons of ground turmeric with honey.
    • Put the mixture in a sealed container, and store it for only one tablespoon when you are allergic to it.
    • Turmeric can also be added to the milk and eaten in the morning, or used as a seasoning in cooking.
