Anemia and its causes
Anemia:
Is a substance found in red blood cells, anemia due to lack of color, the hemoglobin, and the benefit of hemoglobin carrying oxygen and distribution to the cells of the body.
Anemia is caused by a lack of hemoglobin either for the lack of red blood cells or the lack of hemoglobin or both.
If there is a deficiency in the basic materials to build red blood cells, anemia occurs. The basic materials for building red blood cells are iron, folic acid and vitamin B12. There may be a decrease in the production of red blood cells due to spinal cord disease.
Consists of two types:
1) Anemia caused by iron deficiency and vitamins, a common type called iron deficiency anemia, but women are more likely to be infected than men with this type of anemia.
2) Anemia caused by the deficiency of vitamin B12 and called anemia and cause the occurrence of a defect in the body, which prevents the absorption of vitamin B12, as there is a substance in the wall of the stomach called the substance of the internal or internal agent, which absorbs this vitamin.

• Spinach, beans, mallow and eggplant contain useful ingredients in the treatment of anemia.

• Peanuts, almonds and walnuts benefit anemia patients.
