Back cartilage

Treatment of back cartilage
Treatment is the first to determine the cause of cartilage and pain, in order to get rid of the cause and thus treatment, in addition to rest and exercise, and follow a range of natural treatments, the most important of which are:
- Ginger: Mix ginger with warm water, drain it into a piece of gauze to be placed on the back three times a day. Mix ginger with cinnamon and cloves and mix the mixture three times a day.
- Wheat: Contains a group of substances that help calm the inflammation causing cartilage, by putting the amount of wheat flour in water and boiling until it forms a paste, and put it on the pain area at the rate of three times a day, preferably to be very hot.
- Ring: Mix the amount of the ring ground with a quantity of milk or water, form a paste and place it on the pain area at a rate of three times a day, preferably to be very hot.
- Cabbage leaves: Bring a quantity of cabbage leaves and mix them with hot milk; until the dough is soft and soft and placed on the pain area until morning.
- eucalyptus oil: Rub the back area for 10 minutes, and repeat it three times a day.
- olive oil: Rub the back area for 10 minutes, and repeat it five times a day.
