  • Sinus headache: It is a headache that occurs as a result of a certain defect in the sinus area, such as bacterial infections or others. It is most noticeable when waking up in the morning or at the head curvature, accompanied by some feeling of head weight.
  • Cluster headache: It is a type of headache that is not very common among people. It is very severe pain that affects the person, it may occur more than once a day, it can last for very long periods, it can reach several consecutive months, then disappears. Methods of prevention of head pain

Prevention of head pain is better than treatment, so prefer prevention and self-protection and avoid as much as possible from the causes of headaches, and the prevention methods include:

  • Avoid drinking alcoholic beverages.
  • Exercise regularly.
  • Trying to take a suitable position for the head and neck while sitting for long periods and during sleep.
