- Drink a small amount of water because the brain contains 90% of the water. Any lack of water in the brain sends nerve signals that translate into a feeling of thirst in the person. If a person does not drink enough, headaches and inability to concentrate.
- Eat unhealthy and canned foods.
- Eat large amounts of sugars.
Treatment of the weight of the head
