Types of jaundice

There are three types of jaundice:

  • Pre-hepatic jaundice: In this type of disorder occurs before the transfer of bilirubin from blood to the liver, and the causes of this type of infection is sickle cell anemia and hemolytic anemia.
  • Jaundice in the hepatic: This type is also called hepatic jaundice, in this case the disorder or malfunction within the liver, and the most prominent cause of this type of infection Gilbert syndrome, or cirrhosis.
  • Post-hepatic jaundice: This type is also called obstructive jaundice, and here prevents the imbalance of dry bilirubin contained within the bile of drought outside the gallbladder and inside the device for digestion, and the injury is caused by the presence of stones or tumors in the gallbladder.

Treatment of jaundice

And jaundice like any other disease, can be treated as it was said: “Every disease medication”, and the most important ways to treat jaundice are:
