- Use creams in which hemorrhoids are applied to relieve pain and feeling itching.
- Wear cotton underwear to be soft and do not bruise the hemorrhoids and increase the risk.
- Keep away from using aromatic napkins when entering the bathroom.
- Work on the treatment of constipation or diarrhea, and work to reduce the incidence of it.
- Sit in a bath of warm water to loosen the loam.
- In advanced cases, therapeutic methods such as infrared use, rubber banding, swollen veins can be used.
- Drink water in appropriate quantities with at least eight cups daily in order to facilitate disposal of waste.
