Isodad and an increase in the thickness of the skin appear velvety in areas of the folds such as the neck, armpit, lower abdomen, behind the knee and the bottom of the breast and the holding of the fingers.
The causes are either genetic factors and this type appears early in adulthood or for other reasons:
1. Diabetes and other glandular diseases such as Cushing’s disease (increased cortisone count) and Addison’s disease (deficiency)

2. Obesity.
3. Drugs such as cortisone, birth control pills, growth hormone, male hormones and treatment
Tuberculosis.
4. Cancers: An underlying skin disease of the gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract and lymphoma.
