- Try to stay at home in the most common periods for pollen, especially in the morning.
- Keep the windows and doors kept closed, so as to accumulate pollen on home furniture.
- Place an air filter at home, clean it constantly, clean furniture, exits and places where pollen may gather.
- Wash hair and body continuously from pollen residue that may attach to the body after returning home.
- Cleaning the carpet with a vacuum cleaner twice a week, taking care to wear the muzzle.
