Women’s histories are a very common disease among women. Global statistics indicate that 50% of women who have had children in the past suffer from some of these symptoms, but only 10-20% of these women see doctors and 10% Surgery.
The female pelvis means the descent or descent of the main pelvic organs (bladder, uterus, or rectum, the place of exit of the stool) through the vaginal tissue, showing it in the form of bulging or bulging in the vaginal wall, usually over a long period of time. Sometimes it may occur quickly and briefly.
There are many types of female tweets, which may occur together or separately:
- Bladder Bladder: (Cystocele)
It is a protrusion at the top of the vaginal wall, and extends down until the outer hole of the vagina reaches.
Often, the bladder blister accompanies the presence of urinary incontinence as there is often a weakness in the supporting tissue of the urethra (the part that carries the urine from the bladder to the outside), emphasizing that not all women with bladder blasts also have urinary incontinence , And that the treatment of bladder blister is quite different from urinary incontinence treatment.
Some cases of large abscesses may cause obstruction of the urethra leading to urinary incontinence and serious complications.
- Uterine ulceration: (uterine prolapse)
Is the sliding or falling of the uterus from its normal place so that it dangles to the external vaginal opening and sometimes
The uterus is completely out of the vagina (procidentia), which leads to swelling in the uterus and exposure to infections and frequent ulcers, and may result from the smoothness of the poly and obvious difficulty and pain during the sexual intercourse of both spouses.
- Backlight stroke:
It is the emergence of part of the rectum (the large intestine) through the wall of the lower vagina, usually accompanied by constipation and difficulty in the exit of the stool, forcing women to squeeze the finger on the place of the potato to complete the exit.
- Small intestine ulcer: Enterocele
It occurs in women who have had uterine hysterectomy in the past and does not connect the supporting tissue to the uterus during the operation, leading to the slide of part of the intestine and pressure on the wall of the vagina, and this appears in the form of a clear protruding in the middle part of the vagina.
Women tend to occur as a result of weakness in the muscles of the pelvis supporting the vagina and there are many factors that help in this, including:
- Aging, postmenopausal age.
- Frequent births, especially if the weights of children are more than 4 kg or there was use of forceps or suction during delivery.
- Some female operations such as hysterectomy.
- Weight gain.
- Chronic cough.
- Some neurological diseases especially affect the nerves of the pelvic muscles.
There are several symptoms that may occur as a result of women’s libido and some of these symptoms depends on the location and type of herpes. Among these problems in general:
- Feeling bloating and heaviness in the vaginal area, and sometimes may feel the presence of a mass of women descending from the vagina, especially after standing for a long time or when the stool or if a strong cough.
- Lack of control over the urine and the problems of social and health and this may result from an effort such as cough, sneezing, laughter and exercise.
- They are nestled in the genital area and sometimes ulcers with pain in the lower back.
- Constipation is chronic so that some women have to push the vagina with her finger to exit the stool, with no control of the stool at times.
- Problems and pains during marital cohabitation, and sexual dissatisfaction with both husband and wife
- Chronic pain in the pelvic area.
- Frequent urination more than 6-8 times a day, waking up at night to urinate.
- Non-urinary control of various types.
- Chopping in the urine and not feeling the emptying of the bladder completely after the completion of urination
- Not feeling full emptying of stool after the exit process.
It is necessary here to emphasize the importance of correct diagnosis and know the type and size of the syrup, and the treatment of these diseases is divided into two parts:
Surgical treatment:
There are several surgeries to treat women’s incontinence, and with the progress of science in recent years, there has been a great development in this subject.
Conventional surgeries lead to a recurrence of thrombosis by up to 30%. However, the presence of modern meshes and the obvious development of laparoscopy have resulted in high success rates and reduced the recurrence rate to less than 10%.
Non-surgical treatment:
It is usually a small aneurysm or an elderly woman whose lives are at risk for the procedure.
This type is a natural treatment to strengthen the muscles of the basin, and sometimes used some of the plastic rings (Pessaries) to raise the pulpit.
Vaginal laxation is a loosening of the muscles supporting the vagina, which is a form of female libido but does not appear in the form of protrusion, but relaxation and slackness in all tissues of the vagina, as it is known that the contraction and relaxation of the muscles of the vagina play a major role in the orgasm of women and men, As a result of the sluggishness of these muscles, there is a marked decrease and a significant loss of sexual intercourse in couples.
The main cause of these laxatives is birth, so that sometimes the only one birth will be enough to relax the vaginal tissues.
The treatment of these cases is often through cosmetic vaginal operations, which are specialized operations, through which we remove the flaccid parts and tighten the wall of the vagina, and sometimes narrowing the external genital hernia, and even restoration and beautification of some external parts of the vagina.
