Definition of heart

Symptoms of increased heart rate which require immediate treatment
- Acute pains in the chest
- Dizziness
- Paleness of the face
- Breathing difficulty
- Change in lip color
- Heart palpitations
How can we protect our hearts from disease
- Control of psychological stress
- Maintain the normal weight of the body because obesity leads to the formation of fats that cause blockages in the arteries
- Exercise daily
- Regular medical examinations
