The disc
The disc is also called a slipped disc. It is also called a heart-shaped hernia. The disc is a sliding or exiting core. The slippage is caused by pressure on the outside of the disc. Often, the disc is pressed on objects close to it, of the spinal cord. This disease affects men more than women, and the risk of this disease increases with age. There are a number of symptoms associated with this disease, and there are also some natural ways to treat it.
Symptoms of disc
- Severe pain in the lower back, and these pains usually decrease and disappear when the patient lies down, but increases when moving, or when sneezing or coughing.
- The pain of the root of the nerve, also called sciatica, and this pain is the result of the pressure on the nerves emanating from the spinal cord, and the pain of this root extends along the length of the nerve compressed, that is possible to have pain in the foot and calf, sometimes severe, and at other times moderate.
- Tingling and anesthesia, two symptoms resulting from nerve pressure of the nerves, causing weakness and numbness in the buttocks, parts of the leg, or in the foot.
- This is caused by the pressure of the cartilage sliding on a group of nerves at the same time. This pressure results in many health problems, such as: weakness in one or two feet, numbness in the anal area, and disturbances in the intestine and bladder.
Herbal Therapy
Cumin mixture
- Mix 50 grams of crushed whole cumin, flax seed, and also dry coriander leaves.
- Add a teaspoon of the mixture to a glass of fresh and natural fruit juice, and take the mixture every morning on an empty stomach, before eating half an hour.
- Take a cup of herbs and milk mixture, before half an hour’s meal, and mix the herbs and milk, add a teaspoon of herbs mixture to a cup of whole milk.
- This method should be repeated regularly for six consecutive days, which is one of the best natural ways to treat disc.
Cactus herb
The use of cactus herb in the treatment of the disc is through two methods, and the patient should have the strength to bear the heat resulting from the use of this herb:
- Place the cactus leaves directly into the disc, leaving it for 1 hour.
- Place the roots of the cactus on the place of the disc for about 45 minutes to 60 minutes. Prepare the broccoli by bringing the roots of the cauldrons, cleaning and grinding them, and adding some water to the ground so that a cohesive consistency is formed. It is better to give the patient analgesic or needle pain relief before applying this treatment to relieve the pain caused by this method, and also prepare a piece of wet to place on the place of fumes to reduce the heat of the back of the injured.
