How to prepare

  • The petals are left with the fluids extracted from them during pounding and fermentation to boil all on low heat, removing the foam formed by the bubbles continuously.
  • After the foam has stopped, remove the fire and clean with a clean piece of cloth or gauze.
  • The rose water is returned to the glass container and then placed under the sun to help release the essential oils and increase the concentration of the extract and sterilize it to protect against rotting.
  • Fill the rose water extract in a sterile, well-dried bottle and then refrigerate until use.
  • The water of the rose should be diluted with water before using it due to its high concentration, which is apparent from the preparation method without any addition of liquid.
  • Keep away from using metal pots during the preparation and fermentation of rose water, because of the interaction of minerals with oils released by petals of roses, which spoils the process.
