Back pain
Back pain is common among people, for various reasons related to standing or sitting for long periods of time and in the wrong way and improper, and the adoption of unhealthy and bad diet and lack of exercise or lack of motor activity, and may sometimes result from infection in the joints or spine or muscle or cartilage, as well as causes related to disorders of the nervous system, psychological, or digestive, urinary and the incidence of certain diseases, specifically related to the kidney and uterus and thyroid gland, and the symptoms of these diseases include the following:
- Feeling of back aches.
- High temperature in the area where there is pain.
- The sensation of bites in the back, especially after sitting for long periods.
- As well as pain during fluctuation and movement.
Treating back pain with herbs
There are a range of herbs that help to get rid of back pain, notably the following:
- Flaxseed : Here, a quantity of flaxseed is boiled to be placed on a piece of cloth and placed on the lower back.
- Cabbage: Start the back massage with olive oil, then bring the amount of cabbage leaves to be boiled in a quantity of milk, and then damaged in gauze medical and placed on the back before sleep until morning.
- Fenugreek: Mix the amount of the fenugreek with a quantity of milk, specifically hot, to be a paste to be placed in a medical gauze, and then placed on the back and specifically the area where the pain.
- Ivy: Here I use the leaves of the Ivy specifically to mix with the amount of bran, and then add a mixture of water until the dough is formed and heated for a maximum of ten minutes, and then placed in a gauze on the back, and leave it for half an hour.
- Camphor: This is where the oil is drawn to the back.
- Mustard oil: Specifically if mixed with a quantity of olive oil, especially warm, and left on the back for about a quarter of an hour.
- Ginger: Mix a certain amount of ginger, specifically ground and dry, with a small amount of water to make a paste and put it on the back and apply it on the pain, so that the back and leave it for a quarter of an hour, and then put the amount of olive oil on the back.
