  • Marjoram: Take a tablespoon of marjoram, put it over a cup of boiling water, leave it for ten minutes to be filtered, and drink after eating.
  • Flax: Eat plenty of flaxseed oil so you can get rid of stomach gases quickly.
  • Chickpeas: Many people use boiled chickpeas to treat the symptoms they experience during their daily lives, one of which constipation.
  • Hibiscus: There are many ways of eating either by adding to the food, or by boiling and drinking, as it plays a large role in the treatment of constipation and poor digestion.
