Heart attack
A disease caused by a narrowing of the coronary artery and responsible for supplying the heart with the need of blood, causing a decrease in the amount of blood coming and thus lack of oxygen and food necessary for the continuation of heart activity, and the cause of this narrowing in the coronary artery is the accumulation of cholesterol on the inner walls causing the narrowness and results in discomfort in breathing, pain in the heart muscle, and upper chest area.
Symptoms associated with angina
- Pain in the top of the heart muscle.
- Pain in the left arm.
- Feeling tired with narrowing of breath.
- Nausea and vomiting.
- Pain in the upper chest area.
Causes of angina
- The accumulation of cholesterol in large quantities on the inner walls of the arteries.
- Coagulation.
- Tired exercise that causes muscle tension.
- Intense emotions.
- Eat high-fat meals, and obesity.
- Hypertension and diabetes.
- Anemia.
- Aging.
- Frequent psychological stress.
- hereditary genetics.
Prevention of angina
- Make sure to provide the body with healthy foods of fruits and vegetables.
- Many foods containing vitamin B found in fish, liver, legumes, eggs and other foods.
- Reduce the intake of fried foods and saturated with oils.
- Add onions and garlic to salad dishes and eat them daily.
- Be sure to exercise regularly and carefully away from the exhausting sport.
- Usually quit smoking and drinking alcohol.
- Periodic examination of blood sugar and blood pressure.
Treatment of angina pectoris
- Lemon, this is by adding it to the salad or can be chewed, to the ability of lemon to reduce the accumulation of cholesterol, and thus keep blood vessels permanently open.
