  • Put a teaspoon of chamomile flowers in a cup of boiling water, then leave it for five minutes, half and drink it hot, and take 1 to 2 cups a day.
  • Place a teaspoon of white birch in a cup of boiling water, and drink it twice a day.
  • Place two tablespoons of spring flower roots and flowers into a glass of hot water, then leave to boil. Drink it three times a day after each meal.
  • Add 15 g of leek juice to a glass of water, and drink 2 cups a day.
