Treatment of hypertension with herbs

  • Garlic: Garlic helps reduce cholesterol in the blood. It also reduces diastolic blood pressure, which helps reduce high blood pressure. Three garlic cloves should be taken every morning on empty stomach. They can also be added to soups and salads.
  • Broccoli: Broccoli contains a substance called (glutathione) as well as other compounds that reduce high blood pressure, where broccoli is taken grilled or steamed so as not to lose its nutritional value.
  • Apple: Peel the apple in a shaded area away from the sun and then grind, then add 2 tablespoons of apple peel powder to a glass of water, boil on the fire and drink this mixture twice a day once in the morning and once in the evening, and may also eat this powder with no additives.

  • Bananas: It is known that bananas rich in potassium is very useful in lowering high blood pressure, in addition to free of cholesterol, so it is one of the best natural methods effective in the treatment of high blood pressure, and preferably to eat other types of fruits and bananas for the best results.
  • Beet juice: A glass of beetroot juice helps reduce high blood pressure.
  • Cucumber: Drink a glass of fresh cucumber juice on a daily basis contributes effectively to regulate blood pressure, whether high or low.
  • The fenugreek helps reduce blood pressure for a long period of time. Add two teaspoons of fenugreek powder to a glass of water, boil the mixture for 2 minutes, then drain the mixture of water and mix the remaining powder to get a paste. The paste is taken twice daily in the morning on an empty stomach and the other in the evening for three months.
