The disease of breathlessness is the inability to take the breath in a comfortable manner, with the feeling of lack of oxygen intake to the lungs and inadequate to the need of the body, it is in most cases unsatisfactory, as caused by some infections in the respiratory system; asthma and cough, in addition to some heart disease, for the incidence of sleep disorder and interrupted continuously, is treated through the treatment of the causes, the most prominent of which are the following.
Causes of shortness of breath

Treatment of breathlessness
- Sesame oil, by boiling it with a glass of water and drink it before going to sleep.
- Drink boiled guava leaves after being soaked the whole night.
- Mix thyme leaves and guava with a little honey added to them and take them daily.
- Drink a cup of boiled Ivy leaves a day with the possibility to make it.
- In the morning drink a cup of cloves dipped for two weeks.
- Mash a few cloves of garlic and onion and add to the carrot juice.
- Mix both ginger powder and fenugreek and boil in water and drink two cups of it daily.
- Red peppers are effective treatments to overcome shortness of breath.
- Fruits of pomegranate and rich in ascorbic acid, which acts as an anti-inflammatory, preferably pomegranate in the form of juice.
- Practice relaxation exercises.
- Practice meditation exercises.
- Keep as much energy as possible.
- Try to control the level of anxiety, which is one of the most important parts in the treatment of breathlessness.
- The daily habits of sitting and sleeping are changed. One of the recommended ways to sit upright with the back slightly tilted forward, trying to put the forearms on the ends of the chair to widen the lung, and to sleep deeply, sleep on a number of pillows.
