Asthma is a common disease in many people. Asthma is a chronic disease that affects the lungs, especially the airways, which are tubes that transport oxygen to the lungs. These allergens are substances that an asthmatic person can feel, including the following: secretions of some animals or allergies from dus and may be polluted from pollen as well, and asthma can trigger some conditions such as high temperature or cold, or some harsh particles that they may be suspended by air from car residues and some contaminants, or some drugs that induce asthma such as aspirin, or some substances that are added to food such as salvite, and in addition to colds, tension, psychological anxiety or crying and loud laughter.

Treating asthma with herbs

  • Asthma attacks are treated or reduced by taking licorice herb by boiling it with water and drinking it.
  • Bring the chamomile herb and take one teaspoonful of each cup of boiled water and soak for 15 minutes and drink it daily in the morning and evening.
  • Use a grounded black cumin for each cup of boiled water and a teaspoon taken in the morning on an empty stomach.
  • Bring the seeds of anise and soak a tablespoon in a boiling water cup for a quarter of an hour and drain and drink two cups daily in the morning and evening.
