Yeast
Is a group of fungi and microbes called Yeast, which are a kind of microorganisms but they are known as eukaryotic, and at the same time monophilic, these microorganisms multiply by dividing and sprouting and there are sexual types and non-sexual species for reproduction, they follow fungi, especially zucchini fungi or fungal fungi all of which are from the Yeast Division, formed by spherical fungi and live in the middle of an oxygenated antenna but some are non-pneumatic and called anaerobic, and these yeast are used in many things.
Yeast types
- Dry: This yeast is in the form of small granules, and this type of yeast is dried at high temperature, and when needed and used in water to melt in it and then used.
- Instant: They are also made up of small grains. These species are dried at a lower temperature than dry yeast, but are used immediately without dissolving them in water.
- Fresh: It is usually a moist yeast, usually used directly without the need for water such as instant yeast, and can also be dissolved in water such as dry yeast.
