Recipes to get rid of abdominal gases

Fennel seeds

Cook a small amount of fennel seeds after eating a large meal. Place in a cup of hot water a teaspoon of fennel seeds, cover the cup for between 5 and 10 minutes, then half the mixture, and drink the recipe three times a day.

Mint

Cook fresh mint leaves for gas, or put a bag of mint tea in a glass of hot water for 10 minutes, and drink the recipe twice a day or three times.

Pumpkin

We add a cup of pumpkin to our own meals; it helps flush food in the digestive tract, or grinds it on the grill and eat it in a meal.

Ginger

Place a teaspoon of ginger powder in a cup of boiling water, and pour for 10 minutes. Add a small amount of fresh lemon juice and honey, and drink the recipe three times a day.

Chamomile

Drink a cup of water, put a bag of chamomile tea in it, cover the cup for 10 minutes, add it before drinking it or a few drops of fresh lemon, remove the bag and half the mixture, and drink the recipe between the meals.

Eat a banana as a snack between the main meals, or add it to baked sweets or fruit salad.

Lemon

Drink a cup of warm lemon in the early morning; it helps clean the digestive system if it is drunk on the stomach.

Tips for getting rid of abdominal gases

  • Stay away from some drinks that cause blower, soft drinks, and stimulant drinks.
  • Eat adequate amounts of food rich in dietary fiber that helps to stop constipation.
  • Drink enough fluids throughout the day. Fluids help prevent constipation and swelling from constipation.
  • Stop smoking, which increases the chances of gas in the abdomen through inhalation of large amounts of air.
