  • Bananas: Bananas reduce the amount of gas in the abdomen, which is rich in fiber. It also contains the potassium metal that regulates the level of body fluids. Bananas can be added to fruit salads and must be eaten moderately.
  • Peppermint: Peppermint leaves are one of the best treatments to remove the belly from bloating. A few mint leaves are placed in a cup of boiling water and then left for ten minutes after it is taken.
  • Cinnamon: Add a tablespoon of cinnamon powder to a cup of boiling water, then leave for a quarter of an hour; this drink should be taken once a day.
  • Clove: Apply a teaspoon of cloves in a cup of boiling water, then leave for twenty minutes and be eaten three times after the main meals.

  • Cumin: Add a teaspoon of cumin powder in a cup of boiling water then leave for three minutes, then drain the mixture and take a cup of it before eating thirty minutes three times a day for two weeks.
  • Ring: Add 1 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds to a cup of boiling water and leave for five minutes. After the mixture is filtered, drink twice a day once before breakfast, and after dinner.
  • Dill: Wash a packet of dill and cut its roots and then put in a pint of boiled water, and drink the amount of a cup of this drink with dill.
  • Chamomile: Put a spoon of chamomile flowers in a cup of boiling water and leave for five minutes, then drink this mixture once a day.
  • Anise: Add 1 teaspoon of anise to a cup of boiling water and leave for 5 minutes and drink this mixture after eating.
