  • Chew food well and eat slowly.
  • Do not eat fast food, fatty meals and contain large amounts of fat, spices and chili.
  • Minimize coffee and tea.
  • Quit smoking and drinking alcohol.
  • Refrain from eating fat, grease and pickles.
  • Eat plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, so rich in fibers that soften the intestines and facilitate digestion.
  • Eat high-fiber drugs.
  • Use of sedative drugs for nerves.
  • The mixture of thyme and anise can be used; it is very useful for the colon, and is prepared as follows:
    • It can be prepared as a drink in the following way: Two equal amounts of thyme and anise are well grinded, then added to the boiling water in a cup. Leave the mixture for 10 minutes, then seasoned with honey or sugar, and be drunk three times daily after meals.
    • Can be taken as a sponge; so that a tablespoon of herbs are taken and taken directly by mouth, and then drink a glass of water, once morning and evening time.
