Flatulence is common among individuals. During digestion of food, everyone produces gases such as methane, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen. Some of these gases come out of the body, in small quantities or in larger quantities.

Swelling in the abdomen occurs as a result of swallowing the air while eating, and this air does not come out of the abdomen through the exhortation. There are foods that may cause stomach bulges, we should know:

(Cabbage / cauliflower / broccoli, dried fruit, soy, eggplant, lettuce, onions, dairy products, fatty foods).

Treatment of flatulence and gases

  • Walk on the pattern of food attentively while eating by swallowing large amounts of air.
  • Avoid foods that increase bulges.
  • Stay away from drinks that cause bulges.
  • Take some herbal remedies to treat bulges.
  • Eat foods high in fiber to relieve bulges.
  • Drink enough fluids.
  • stop smoking .
  • Playing sports .
  • Avoid soft drinks and stop drinking alcohol.
  • Reduce the intake of fatty foods.
  • Drink the ring and anise; both help to relieve swelling in the abdomen.
  • Eat mint, ginger, green tea; all of them relieve swelling.
