Stomach and mechanism of action

    • Vitamin C.
    • Aspirin.
    • Proven.
    • Antihypertensive tablets.
  • Practice some bad eating habits and activities including:
    • Eating until saturation.
    • Sleeping on the back immediately after eating.
    • Delay dinner to pre-sleep.
    • Exposure to cold.

Treatment of heartburn

  • Prevention is the best treatment, by avoiding the factors that help to increase the heartburn mentioned above.
  • Use alternative medicines and have less effect on the stomach.
  • Weight loss, which is a contributing factor to increase heartburn.
  • Do not sleep immediately after eating for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Reduce the amount of food on the meal, by dividing the meals to four or five meals balanced and light daily.
  • Improve the position of sleep by lifting the head from the level of the abdomen relatively with care to feel comfortable.
  • Medical intervention, either by taking antacids through a prescription, and see the doctor if the symptoms of heartburn or return to the second stage of treatment, using the stimulant movement drugs that strengthen the ventricle valve.
