Colon
The colon is part of the digestive tract in the human body. It is also called the large intestine. It consists of five parts: the cecal compost, the transverse colon, the ascending colon, the descending colon, and the sigmoid colon. Treatment of constipation associated with the colon
- Do not use wet discs.
- Getting used to emptying the stomach and colon in the morning.
- Drink water before breakfast on a daily basis and add a teaspoon of magnesium sulphate to the water. This is used to soften the output.
