Ulcers
Gastric ulcers of diseases that cause you pain, make you wake up from Nzkk it, and also caused you to feel acidity after eating. - Increase in excretion of gastric juice; ulcers.
- Stress, and neurological disorders.
- Malnutrition .
- Bad eating habits such as binge eating, and non-compliance with eating times during the day.
- The person is exposed to nervous stress.
- Increased acidity of the stomach, or a weakness in the inner wall of the stomach.
- Increased intake of substances that help irritate the stomach wall (such as aspirin); because it contains acidic substances.
- Drink coffee and tea on an empty stomach of food; this causes ulcers in the stomach.
- Eat very hot foods, cause ulcers.
- Drink gas water heavily, it hurts the wall of the stomach.
- Mental stress, also causes stomach ulceration.
Treatment of stomach ulcers
- (For prevention)
- Organize meals, and diet.
- Stay away from aspirin and irritating substances that ulcers the stomach.
- Take care to drink milk, eat fresh vegetables, and well cooked foods.
- Keep away from red meat.
- (For treatment)
- Take treatments that reduce acid secretion in the stomach.
- Treatment of ulcers through antibiotics, taking antacid drugs.
- Take medicines that prevent the secretion of acid in the stomach.
- Surgery to repair the ulcer. (Which is the doctor’s last choice).
