Hemorrhoids disease and treatment

Hemorrhoids are swollen and prominent veins in the lower part of the rectum and in the anus, as a result of exertion during the work of the intestine, or because of exposure to severe pressure, leading to the expansion and conversion to hemorrhoids, and hemorrhoids are common diseases of both sexes.

Symptoms of hemorrhoids

  • Itching and irritation in the anus area.
  • The painless bleeding that accompanies the removal process or tissue paper.
  • Feeling pain and discomfort when you need to.
  • Not feeling that the intestine has completely emptied.
  • Excessive swelling around the anus.
  • The emergence of a painful or sensitive lump in the anus.
  • Fecal feces.
  • The appearance of mucous secretions.

Types of hemorrhoids

  • Internal hemorrhoids: The most common, bleeding hemorrhoids hanging from the inside of the rectum, and the patient can feel the change and return, and divided into four degrees:
    • first degree: The patient suffers from bleeding hemorrhoids but does not dangle.
    • Second degree: During which the patient suffers from hemorrhoids, but it returns automatically as may be accompanied by bleeding.
    • Third degree: The patient suffers from hemorrhoids and bleeding, and in this case do not return hemorrhoids automatically but manually.
    • Fourth grade: The patient suffers from dendritic hemorrhoids that do not return by hand or automatically.
  • External Hemorrhoids: It is located under the skin outside the anus, and in most cases it does not bleed but it clots spontaneously, causing severe pain.

Causes of hemorrhoids

  • Constipation is frequent or chronic.
  • Carrying heavy objects and doing hard work.
  • Pregnancy, where it leads to hormonal disorders causing weakness in the membranes and increase pressure inside the blood vessels and form hemorrhoids.
  • Follow an unhealthy diet free of dietary fiber and do not eat vegetables and fruits regularly.
  • Do not drink plenty of water and fluids daily.
  • Sit in front of the computer screen, or TV, or drive for long periods.
  • Obesity, lack of movement, and lack of exercise, leading to lazy bowel movement.
  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases such as: acute cough.
  • Stand for long periods, leading to high pressure in the veins.
  • Use excessive laxatives.
  • Pressing heavily when defecating.

Treatment of hemorrhoids

  • Treatment of hemorrhoids with drugs prescribed by the doctor, such as creams, suppositories or ointments containing hydrocortisone and lidocaine as effective agents for temporary pain relief and itching.
  • Treatment of hemorrhoids in the case of external hemorrhoids is a painful coagulation. The doctor creates a section for the purpose of rupture of the clot. It is considered effective if applied within 72 hours of coagulation.
  • Treatment of hemorrhoids using a rubber band: The doctor puts a bar or two around the internal hemorrhoid base to prevent the flow of blood to him, resulting in a fall within a week.
  • Treatment of hemorrhoids by surgical procedures such as: Hemorrhoidectomy and shortening hemorrhoids.
  • Treatment of hemorrhoids home-by following the following procedures:
    • Eat fiber-rich foods to soften stool.
    • Work warm tubs for a quarter of an hour three to four times during the day.
    • Maintain the cleanliness of the anal area and surrounding areas using warm water and dry it well.
    • Onions: Roast onion, mix and mix it with the oil in a homogeneous manner and then apply the hemorrhoids on a daily basis until it is gone.
    • Eggplant cones: Mash the eggplant and place it on the hemorrhoids once during the day.
    • Banana: Divide the banana into two halves and cook them steamed with half a level and eat twice daily; on the saliva and before sleeping.
    • Figs: Boil three sheets of figs per liter of water and then cool the resulting water and wash the hemorrhoids or sit in it.
