  • Personal hygiene and dental care: Personal hygiene gives us self-confidence and comfort and avoid diseases. Bacteria often accumulate on the skin, which can lead to skin diseases, and care for teeth, cleanliness and washing with the mouth and teeth is useful for mouth and teeth. Wash teeth after every meal and before bedtime. And salt continuously to care for the gums and protect against infections.
  • Learning from experiences: It is called interactive growth, and human health is affected by the mental experiences that occur in the young, and experiences and attitudes sad and happy.
  • To behave properly with psychological stress and social relationships: Stay away from psychological stress as much as possible, and help the self to deal with the pressures that face us in life and stay as far as possible from nervousness, laughter and the removal of ideas blackness of the brain, and psychological comfort must do some sports practices, Sleeping for hours, running, resting, meditating, solving problems and worrying.
