- Coconut Oil: Coconut oil works as a moisturizer and nutritious for all skin types. Apply a thin layer of coconut oil on your hands and nails before bedtime. Call it until morning, then wash your hands with soap and water.
- Orange and sugar: Put three tablespoons of orange juice in a bowl, add a tablespoon of coarse sugar, rub your hands for a quarter of an hour in a circular way, wash them with warm water, and use a moist moisturizer of good quality, once a week, to regenerate your skin cells.
- Avoid contact with chemicals directly, such as handwashing liquid, laundry detergent, etc., by wearing gloves during the cleaning process.
