Healthy diet
The nails are made up of a protein called keratin, which is found in the skin and hair as well. It is responsible for the shine and freshness of the nails. It can be obtained from eating healthy food. Therefore, unhealthy foods and healthy diets, such as vitamins and supplements, : Biotin, vitamin E, and fish oil. Keep the nails clean
