Tips for treating skin peeling around nails

  • Avoid allergens, stop bad habits of nibbling around the nails and skin, and use rubber gloves when using detergents.
  • Follow a healthy, integrated diet rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, monounsaturated fats, proteins, carbohydrates, and antioxidants.
  • Visit your doctor when you see any skin infections to determine the cause, and provide appropriate treatment.
  • Apply lip balm to the skin around the nails once a day.
  • Use cactus-rich creams or apply cactus gel to your hands directly.

Treat skin exfoliation around the nails naturally

  • Massage the hands with olive oil daily to moisten them and give them softness.
  • Rub the skin around the nails with cucumber or cucumber juice and leave for half an hour before washing with lukewarm water and then drying and moisturizing the hands.
  • Apply a thin layer of Vaseline over the skin surrounding the nails.
