an introduction
Women feel horrified when their nail polish falls on clothes, pillows, and other fabrics. The ladies believe that the nail polish spot is impossible and can not be removed. They tend to get rid of these fabrics, although they may be their favorites. The type of stains can be easily removed without having to get rid of anything, and can be done by following the following methods.
Ways to get rid of nail polish stains
Remove nail polish for clothes and other fabrics:
- Put the cloth on a number of tissues so that the spot is on the handkerchief, and this can be done if the paint is dry or wet.
- This method can be used for fabrics of cotton, silk, jeans or linen, most kinds of other fabrics.
- This method should be used with caution if the fabrics contain acetate or triacetate, because the nail polish remover deodorizes the fabrics containing these substances.
- We use a piece of cotton and put on an appropriate amount of nail polish remover, and put it on the spot area but behind the cloth and not on the spot directly, so we move the spot on tissue paper.
- Rinse the area under the tap water, dry it with a number of clean tissue paper and repeat the process so that the stain is completely transferred to tissue paper.
- If the stain is not completely removed, wipe a cotton piece with the nail polish remover and gently rub it.
- We can remove the remaining spot by means of stain-removing fluid and wash it in the washing machine according to instructions.
Remove nail polish for upholstery fabrics:
- Remove the spot immediately before drying with paper tissues, and here we have to be careful not to spread the spot on more space.
- We use high-absorbent paper tissues to remove as much of the spot as possible.
- We use the nail polish remover and put a few drops of it on the spot using the ear cleaning stick to be more precise and target the spot only.
- It is best to try the nail polish remover on a hidden area of the upholstery cloth that we would like to clean so that we can test whether the cloth is the abrasive material or not.
- Do not pour a large amount of remover on the cloth so that we can control the spot area.
- We use a clean cloth to remove the spot, and we pass the cloth over the spot carefully and gently, repeat using the clean parts of the cloth each time, add another amount of remover and repeat the process until the spot disappears.
- Rinse the area with warm water, use sponge to remove nail polish remover or hydrogen peroxide, and leave the cloth to dry.
