Neurology is one of the most common problems many people experience because of multiple situations that make them angry. This causes many problems and the spread of hatred and hatred between people. Therefore, this problem must be solved in a positive way and some things should be done to help.

  • Find out the reasons that lead to anger and make positive guidance for the problem, and read books to get rid of this problem, especially the books of self-control and ways of venting in the event of anger.
  • Provide support and motivation when someone solves this problem.
  • Keep away from anger quickly by carefully taking decisions, not thinking in a negative way, taking positive things always into account.
  • When you feel the beginning of anger, you must move away from the place in it, and try to change the position of sitting or standing; this is what advised us when the Prophet peace be upon him when he recommended not to anger and when feeling angry by changing the session to the back and vice versa.
  • Know the views of all the people around you. Put yourself in the place of the person who angered you in his or her treatment. Make sure that everyone is always wrong. You must forgive and overcome mistakes; everyone learns from his mistakes.
  • Taking attitudes with a mathematical spirit and not quickly angering and laughing in time.
  • Gain the confidence of the people around you, not mistrust them, and always trust the trust, but in a limited way, and the person’s right to sin in a correct and rational manner without anger.
  • Lack of misunderstanding and suspicion of abusive persons.
  • To be silent in anger and avoid repentance at the time; because the angry person does not know what to speak, and may speak words hurting the other person, which is aggressive among them.
  • People are always forgiving and not antagonistic; life is short, and we do not deserve to spend our time in anger and thinking negative things.
  • Relaxing; lying on your back, relaxing your body, preferably sitting in a quiet place with a beautiful fragrant scent, breathing deeply deeply and singing, and practicing breathing exercises.
  • Sleep enough and take a break while working, listening to the Quran to ease anger and nervousness.
  • If the discussion between you and another person intensifies, you must withdraw and take the people’s conversation and interests into consideration.
  • Take a break every period of work to rest the body, sit with loved ones, exercise such as swimming or running, changing the surrounding environment.
