How to control anger

  • One should not be angry at worldly matters such as violating tradition, and unfortunate because these things do not require anger.
  • You should always seek excuses for others and not be angry at their various actions, and consider them a normal thing that does not deserve anger.
  • If a person assaults you directly, you must know the reasons and motives that led him to this behavior, and try to discuss the reasons that prompted him to act.
  • It is necessary to distinguish between the anger of Allah and His Messenger with adherence to the legal limits and borders, and the freedom of others and interference in their affairs.
  • We must learn the art of fruitful dialogue and avoid sharp debates.
  • Praise for people in the event of abuse, and help to strengthen the bonds of society.
  • Commitment to the performance of worship, especially prayer and maintenance of reverence.
