Nausea is one of the things that have passed most people almost, it is a sense of discomfort, in which a person feels the urge to vomit, and is a very common symptoms of taking drugs.
Causes of nausea
- Sensitivity to certain types of foods.
- The presence of a bacterial infection in the digestive tract, or viral infection.
- Infection with food poisoning.
- Erectile dysfunction.
- Migraines cause a person to feel nauseous.
- Pregnancy and its first months cause nausea.
- Dizziness: The dizziness of the sea or motion sickness causes nausea.

Treatment of nausea
- Take medicines with the advice of a specialist.
- Diet rate for the patient.
Prevention of nausea
- Eat small meals during the day, instead of large meals.
- Eat and chew slowly.
- Take care to drink water during meals of the day, and keep away from drinking during the meal.
To live with nausea
- Be sure to drink sufficient amounts of water and fluids, gradually between meals.
- Eat mini-meals, like six to eight small meals a day, instead of three meals.
- Breathing clean air and relaxation.
- Keep away from eating canned foods, and industrial, warm and salty foods.
- Reduce coffee and keep away from alcohol and smoking.
Complications of nausea
- Drought occurs in the body.
- Feeling of severe abdominal pain.
- Blood may come out with vomiting in advanced cases of nausea.
