- Remove the skin from fatigue and impurities, rubbing the skin with carrot juice for twenty minutes.

- It gives a bright and pink color to the skin.
- Contribute to the treatment of skin cracks, we mix a carrot with two tablespoons of natural honey, and apply on the skin and leave it for twenty minutes, and then wash it with water well.
- Prevent the appearance of wrinkles due to the presence of vitamin C, which works on the production of collagen in the body.
Carrot mask for skin tone:
- Peel the carrots and cook until steamy.
- Add a teaspoon of honey and half a teaspoon of olive oil, if your skin is oily you can dispense with olive oil.
- Add a few drops of lemon juice, depending on your skin type. If your skin is oily, add a tablespoon of lemon juice, and if your skin is dry, prefer 5-8 points of lemon.
- Leave the mixture to cool before putting it on your skin.
- Apply the mixture on a clean skin while avoiding the mouth area and eyes, and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
- Wash your face with warm water, then wipe it with a damp towel.

Preparation of home-made carrot oil
Ingredients:
- Cup of coconut oil.
- A big carrot mashed.
- Clean bowl.
- Dry napkin.
- Clean bottle.
How to prepare:
- Bring a dry napkin and put the carrot on top and press well to absorb the water inside.
- Place carrots with coconut oil in a clean bowl.
- Place the dish in a steam bath and leave for three hours until the carrots dissolve.
- Set the mixture on a clean towel.
- Place the filtered oil in a clean bottle and keep it in the refrigerator for use.
