Flax seed oil
Flax-seed oil is extracted from flax-seed by organic solvents or cold pressed, a transparent oil slightly tilted to yellow. Flax-seeds were grown in the temperate regions of the Levant, Asia and Europe. They were cultivated in the Middle East at least 7,000 years ago. They were also known to Greeks and Pharaonicas, and were used by many pharaohs in many recipes and are now grown all over the world.
Flax-seed oil contains a very high nutritional value and fatty acids, the most important of which is linolenic acid and also contains unsaturated fatty acids such as omega-3, omega-6, and some antioxidants, gluten, proteins, dietary fibers, estrogens Vegetable, vitamins and other essential ingredients.
