Oily skin
Fatty skin is the type of skin that needs special care, because of the increase of fatty secretions and oils that cause the widening of the pores, and thus exposed to the emergence of acne, blackheads and spots, and the attraction of impurities and dust to the inside, and excessive brightness, which leads to the instability of make-up.
Methods of oily skin care
- Wash face with warm water: Warm water is an effective treatment for getting rid of excess skin oils, taking into account avoiding the use of hot water, because it irritates the skin, and increases the secretion of fat on them.
- Avoid using moisturizing creams: Because it increases the proportion of fat secretion.
- Use moisturizing oils for the skin: The use of moisturizing oils helps melt the hardened fat inside the pores, remove the black and white head of the skin, and deceive the skin cells with sufficient amount of oil and thus reduce the secretion of oils.
- Change diet: You should stay away from eating saturated fat foods, and increase the intake of vegetables and fruits, where the secretion of skin fat changes hormone-dependent diet.
- Healthy Habits: They are careful to exercise, early sleep, avoid tension and emotion.
- Wash oily skin twice daily: Avoid washing the skin more than twice a day, because the excessive washing, lead to dry, which causes the glands to increase the secretion of oils to compensate for loss, and thus damage to the skin.
- Use of magnesium-treated milk: Magnesium-treated milk is an effective treatment for oily skin problems. It helps clean the skin, is inexpensive, and is available in pharmacies.
Recipes to lighten oily skin
The recipe for almonds and lemon
Mix a tablespoon of ground almonds, a teaspoon of lemon juice and egg whites. Put the mixture on a wet, clean skin, leave the mixture on to dry, then wash with water.
Recipe honey and lemon
Mix a tablespoon of honey, a large tablespoon of lemon, and whites egg with each other, and then put the mixture on the skin for twenty minutes.
Starch recipe and rose water
Mix half a cup of water, 1 tablespoon of starch and 2 small drops of rose water. Put the mixture on the face, leave it for half an hour, then rinse it with warm water, then with cold water to close the pores, and then moisturize the skin with an appropriate moisturizing cream.
Apple cider vinegar recipe and black bean oil
Mix one tablespoon of black bean oil, one teaspoon of apple vinegar with each other, dip a piece of cotton in the mixture, wipe the face with it, leave on the face for 15 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
Special tips for oily skin
- Eat at least eight glasses of water a day.
- Avoid eating foods that contain a large percentage of sugars, and away from eating pickles and the skin that irritates the skin.
- Drink lemon juice, mint and honey daily in the morning.
- Eat foods that reduce fatty secretions such as strawberries, tomatoes, and green tea.
