Brushing
It is recommended to clean the teeth at least twice a day, or after about half an hour of eating meals, and is cleaned with a toothbrush by following the following steps:
Put a little toothpaste on the top of the brush, then place the brush on the teeth at a 45 degree angle with the gum line.
Brush the brush with a small, continuous circular motion over each tooth, keeping the bristles away from the gumline and avoiding pressure on it. Keep the bristles in the teeth and between the spaces between them.
Clean the surface of the front and inner teeth facing the tongue, and then clean the inner surface of the lower and upper teeth by tilting the brush and moving it up and downteeth in a circular motion as well.
Clean the tongue gently using the back of the brush.
Note: Cleaning the teeth should last for two or three minutes, then rinse and wash the mouth with water.
