Morning sickness when pregnant

About 50% of women during pregnancy are exposed to nausea and vomiting, especially in the early months of pregnancy. This is a normal feeling in most cases, called morning sickness, and this nausea occurs at all times, both day and night.

Tips to relieve nausea

  • Eat carbohydrates, especially in the morning
  • Drink the ginger with a teaspoon of honey
  • Eat a pill of bananas; it relieves you from feeling nauseous.
  • Relax from drinking water during the morning
  • Relieve your stress

Some women experience severe nausea and vomiting, and this condition is abnormal, affecting almost one in 200 pregnant women and leading to several symptoms.

Causes of abnormal vomiting

  • Diseases of the bile duct
  • Poisoning by some medications.

  • The secretion of a high proportion of the hormone called human hormone chorionic activator of the vaccine, and the secretion of this hormone because of the presence of bags in the uterus, or as a result of multiple pregnancies.
