Common skin problems during pregnancy
Women suffer during pregnancy from several skin problems, the most important of which are:
- Cloves: They are brown or yellowish spots and appear during the fourth, fifth and sixth months of pregnancy, and can be reduced by not being exposed to the sun.
- Acne: It is similar to the love that appears in adolescents, and this love disappears after birth.
- Black line: A line that starts from the navel to the middle of pubic bone in most women, and this line disappears after birth months.
- Spider veins: They are small blood filaments that appear under the skin, can be hidden by make-up, or using a laser when a dermatologist.
- Stretch marks: lines that appear on the skin and are either red, pink, or white.
- Nile Hemorrhage: A pill similar to that seen in children and infants.
- Skin follicles: They appear on the neck. Their number during pregnancy is the result of hormones. These follicles disappear after birth with duration.
- Itching: It is a sensory state that you may feel as a result of stretching the skin.
- Spread of grain and boils: It is in the form of red spots on the abdomen, thighs, buttocks and limbs. They often disappear after birth.
Prevention of skin problems in pregnant women
- Keep your skin clean, and do not use makeup much.
- Do not get hot water; moisten your skin well.
- Do not go to the sun for long times.
- Exercise your body so that fat is released from your body.
