Oils extracted from plant seeds or plant fruits are an essential part of our daily lives. These oils are used in eating, treatment, massage, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, cosmetics and many more.

These oils are castor oil extracted from the castor plant, which grows in the warm regions of Africa naturally and given the importance of this plant was grown in hot environments and Brazil is one of the largest producing countries.

Castor is a growing plant with a length of up to five meters with a smooth stalk and flat leaves. Both are green or light purple, while the flowers are pale yellow, and the fruits are cylindrical in nature and have three seeds each in a room. The color of the leg is:

Methods of extracting castor oil

The cold age method of extracting oil from seeds is used as follows:

  • First used as presses and special presses for oil extraction, so that the amount of castor seeds is collected and placed inside the machine that is controlled automatically.
  • The crunching machine, which begins with a seed drill, is run and then squeezed out as the oil starts to exit its designated channel.
  • The amount of oil is collected and transported to the next phase which is the removal of impurities suspended by the sieves.
  • The oil is refilled in containers and known as medical castor oil.

Castor oil is colorless, odorless, nontoxic and highly dense. It is of two kinds: cold, commercial and organic,

Castor medical oil

  • Add to sweets to prevent dryness, especially steel.
  • It is used as a laxative so that it can be added to a cup of juice and drink on the stomach. It acts as an antiseptic for the intestines, which is known among the public as a drink of castor.
  • Capsule tablets and capsules are encapsulated.
  • Used in the manufacture of shampoo to increase the gloss and luster of the hair.
  • It facilitates and accelerates delivery by taking castor capsules, castor syrup or low back fat.
  • Fights acne and wrinkles, and by daily facial massage before sleep and washing in the morning to get rid of the effect.
  • Treats hair shampoo, and works to increase its density by mixing an equal amount with olive oil or any other oils and placed on the hair for an hour and then wash.

  • Add to paints, varnishes and ink to increase the gloss of these products.
  • Used in the lubricant industry, and in the manufacture of dry batteries.
